Christian Knights is the strategic communication manager for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota's community health initiatives. He oversees the For Communities public relations and earned media efforts, and leads communications work in their healthy eating and health outcomes body of work. He began his Blue Cross career in 2013.

Carolyn Link is President of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation. Carolyn joined the organization in 2011 and became executive director in 2012, guiding the Foundation's emphasis on health equity. She began her career at Blue Cross in 1998 as director of the Center for Prevention.
