• If you are changing plans for 2026, your participation will end on 12/31/2025 and you will have to have to opt-in to the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan Program with your new plan.
• You can opt into the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan at any time during the plan year. However, during the Annual Enrollment Period from October 15 – December 7, 2025, you can choose to opt into the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan for either 2025, or for your plan starting on 1/1/2026. You can opt-in at any time in 2026. The Medicare Prescription Payment Plan is not available for SecureBlue^SM members for plan year 2025, but will be available for plan year 2026.
